11% Florida tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax) to be added to the price. A down payment of 20% is due within 7 days of reservation. The final payment is due 31 days prior to arrival together with the refundable security deposit of US$300. Local telephone calls are free (don’t forget to obtain a ‘phone card for long distance). High Speed Wireless Internet is free of charge. A final cleaning charge of US$125 is due and should be paid to the property manager on arrival.

As you probably know, all visitors to the United States should remember to take out travel insurance including property damage liability. A cancellation fee of US$150 will apply for any cancellation and no refunds are due for an early departure. Refunds only upon written notice received at least 31 days prior to arrival. The rental rate is based on the number of guests occupying the property - this number must not be exceeded.
Please remember to treat the house and garden as if it were your own home. As it is a private house we assume you have sufficient insurance in case of accidents. We are not responsible for accidents and in addition the management is not held responsible if the rented home is not available due to outside influences. In these circumstances we would make every effort to find a similar rental. Unfortunately we are not suitable for children under 12 and pets are not permitted.
We are a totally non-smoking house.
